6 week Beginners Yoga Course – Commences April 24th
Our course consists of 6 weekly Essential Core Classes held on Wednesdays at 5.45pm. (Doors open 5.30pm)
Optional and in addition you have access to 15+ yoga classes a week!
NOTE: extra classes are in addition so you need to attend the core classes unless by arrangement with your teacher.

Our course is created by Sam Weinstein who integrated the basic principles of Transformational Alignment Based Yoga, experience from 42 years of yoga and teaching over 18,000 yoga classes into this 6 week course that offers a solid foundations of traditional yoga for your yoga journey .
Our beginner’s course is an expression of the love and care that Sam put into his teachings that we now share with you. The core teachings of the course are taught in the “Essentials for Beginners” class held every Wednesday at 5.45 pm. ( Doors open 5.30pm)
On top of our Essential Classes you receive access to 15+ foundational ‘TABY’ classes weekly plus a bonus Restorative yoga class, a great deal for $95. These classes are open to all our students, according to the unique needs of your body and give you the opportunity to get to know our community and discover a routine of attendance that works for you.
At the end of your training we will consult with you on the best way to transition into a routine where you can receive all the benefits of regular yoga practice to suit your individual needs.
All classes are taught in an authentic way, with a laugh or two as well, to help you lighten your load. Our teachers and facilitators have trained through an extended mentorship and teach with a practical ability to adapt poses to suit your needs balanced by compassion and presence.
We teach the concept of only going to your edge in all the postures and how to use yoga props to support you in poses. All Yoga classes begin and finish with instruction of skills on learning how to calm, breathe and relax.
